Refund policy

Free UK returns and exchanges within 30 days

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return or exchange it. Returns and exchanges are free for UK orders: we send you a prepaid, tracked Royal Mail label.

To be eligible, items must be new and unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags and original packaging.

How to start a return or exchange
Email info@ruegear.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a different size. We'll reply with your free return label and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Exchanges
Exchanges are free. Once your original item arrives back with us, we'll send the replacement at no extra cost. If the size or item you want is out of stock, we'll refund you instead.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and checked your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact info@ruegear.com.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, and we'll put it right.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
