• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
• Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
• You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

International

We also ship internationally.

• Shipping costs for orders outside the UK are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery times vary depending on location.
• Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns are free for UK customers.
• Simply email info@ruegear.com with your order number.
• We'll send you a free, tracked Royal Mail return label.
• Once we receive the item and check it's in new, unused condition, we'll process your refund.

International

For customers outside the UK:

• Returns are welcome within 30 days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
