All orders are shipped free of charge with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days.
• Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days.
• You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns are free.
• Email info@ruegear.com with your order number.
• We will send you a free, tracked Royal Mail return label.
• Once we receive the item and check it is in new, unused condition, we will process your refund.
